We're a professional tree care company located in Dayton, Ohio. We offer a full range of tree care services and solutions for individual homeowners, neighborhood and condominium associations, churches, and businesses, as well as parks, golf courses and other recreational facilities. Paul is an ISA Certified Arborist (OH-6035A) with over 30 years experience in the horticultural and arboricultural field. He has a B.S. Degree in Horticulture from Kansas State University. Outside of work, Paul enjoys backpacking, hiking, church activities and spending time with his family.

To ensure that you get the most value possible from your new tree (or shrub), it's essential that you plant the right tree in the right place using the right methods. And that's not always as easy as you may think. Before recommending or planting a tree, one of our ISA Certified Arborists will visit your property to assess the area in which you'd like to plant your new tree. Our arborist will point out the best location in which to plant and recommend the tree species that will do best given factors like the available light, soil type and condition and moisture.

While most trees in nature do fine on their own, they don't always look the way you'd like them to look in your yard. Proper pruning helps to keep trees properly shaped, healthy and free from potential safety hazards. How a tree is pruned depends on a number of factors, such as the tree's health, the type of tree, your goals, the size of the tree, and more. Typically, pruning involves one of our arborists climbing into the tree to get up close and personal with the branches to be removed. That way they can see exactly what needs to be done and can make proper pruning cuts in the right places.

Tree removal, particularly in tight spaces or near structures (such as your home), is definitely not a DIY job. It requires specialized equipment, including safety equipment, and extensive skills and training to do it efficiently, properly and safely. Here at Arbor Experts we take pride in safely removing trees from nearly any landscape. We take great care to make sure there is no damage done to property or structures and our experienced tree care professionals will be onsite to make sure all of our staff are following the highest safety standards.

With five ISA Certified Arborists on staff, Arbor Experts is uniquely qualified to provide consultations on any aspect of tree care. If you're concerned about anything to do with your trees, or even if you just have questions about how best to care for them or what to plant on your property, you can set up an on-site consultation with one of our Certified Arborists. We charge a reasonable hourly fee to visit your property, examine your trees and discuss your needs. Our arborists can also provide an evaluation and appraisal of your tree(s) for insurance needs.
