Roofing Replacement
Our comprehensive roof replacement service addresses aged or damaged roofs with premium materials like GAF shingles, metal roofing, and synthetic slate. We ensure proper ventilation and insulation for energy efficiency while maintaining structural integrity against Connecticut's harsh weather. Backed by Golden Pledge Lifetime Warranties, our installations provide long-term protection and value.
Commercial Roofing
Specializing in commercial roofing systems, we offer tailored solutions for flat and low-slope roofs using durable materials like TPO and EPDM. Our team conducts thorough inspections, identifies leaks or wear, and implements repairs or full replacements with minimal business disruption. Preventative maintenance plans extend roof lifespan and prevent costly emergencies.
Siding Repair
We restore damaged siding with precision repairs or full replacements using premium vinyl, fiber cement, and wood options. Our process includes moisture barrier installation and energy-efficient insulation upgrades. By addressing cracks, warping, or storm damage promptly, we prevent interior water damage and improve building aesthetics.
Chimney Maintenance
Our CSIA-certified technicians provide comprehensive chimney care, including tuckpointing, crown repairs, and flue inspections. We install chimney caps to prevent water intrusion and perform video scans to identify hidden cracks. Regular maintenance prevents dangerous carbon monoxide leaks and ensures safe fireplace operation.
Gutters
We install and repair seamless gutters with leaf protection systems to prevent clogs and water damage. Our team ensures proper pitch and downspout placement for efficient drainage, protecting foundations and landscaping. Heated gutter systems are available for winter ice dam prevention in Connecticut's climate.
