Roof Replacement
We provide complete roof replacement services using premium materials like Certainteed and Mastic products. Our process includes ice dam protection, synthetic underlayment, and magnetic ground sweeping for safety. Each project receives a 25-year workmanship warranty and meets all local building codes through our 40-point inspection system.
Siding Installation
Our fiber cement and vinyl siding solutions enhance home aesthetics while improving energy efficiency. We offer James Hardie, CertainTeed, and Alside products with proper ventilation integration. Installation includes trim work, flashing, and color coordination to maintain architectural integrity while protecting against Ohio weather conditions.
Ventilation Systems
We install ridge vents, attic fans, and soffit vents to prevent moisture buildup and ice dams. Our ventilation solutions improve energy efficiency by maintaining optimal attic temperatures. Proper airflow extends roof lifespan and reduces HVAC costs through balanced intake and exhaust systems.
Solatube Lighting
Our Solatube installations bring natural light into dark interior spaces without traditional skylights. This energy-efficient solution reduces lighting costs while maintaining roof integrity. Systems include reflective tubing, weatherproof flashing, and interior light fixtures for consistent illumination.
Gutter Services
We provide seamless gutter installation with leaf protection systems to prevent clogs. Our process includes proper pitch calculation, secure hanger systems, and downspout extensions. Regular maintenance services help protect foundations from water damage while preserving landscaping elements.
