Eric and his team built us a large 2 level deck and then did a siding and exterior paint job on our house in Bonney lake. The team was awesome! They showed up on time, worked quickly and were very professional. The craftsmanship was excellent and they were flexible when we decided to make a change to the deck design midway. I will use them again and would recommend them. Great pricing for the workmanship!
Gafco installed a new roof on a home we were renovating (flipping). The work included removal of three layers of roof material and the old rotted decking. They installed all new decking and a lovely new roof. The buyers inspector found a very small issue involving a rubber flange on a "boot". The owner of Gafco came out and personally corrected the situation so that the sale of the house would not be delayed. He was professional, prompt and easy to work with. We will definitely call Gafco again on any new projects we undertake that needs a new roof. By the way he does a lot more than roofs so we will be contacting him on our next deck as well!
