Questions
Are you a certified arborist?
Yes, we are ISA-certified Arborists with verification #WE1415 through the International Society of Arboriculture. Our certification ensures proper tree diagnosis and treatment.
Do you provide free estimates?
We offer free estimates year-round for residential and commercial tree services. Contact us for a no-obligation assessment of your tree care needs.
Why use an aerial lift for tree work?
Aerial lifts allow safer access to high branches, reducing property damage risks. This technology enables precise trimming of heavy limbs near structures or power lines in New Braunfels.
Why paint oak tree cuts?
Painting fresh oak cuts blocks scent trails that attract insects carrying oak wilt disease. Immediate sealing is critical for preventing this deadly tree infection in Texas oaks.
What is the best time to trim trees?
Autumn and winter are ideal for most pruning. We recommend professional assessment to determine optimal trimming times based on tree species and local weather conditions.
Is ball moss harmful to trees?
Ball moss isn't parasitic but can block sunlight causing branch death. We recommend removal when it threatens tree health by suffocating living foliage through excessive coverage.
