Services
Fertilizer Applications
Our premium granular fertilizer programs use slow-release technology to nourish lawns gradually. Each application contains 25-50% XCU slow-release nutrients that strengthen root systems while preventing leaching. We customize formulations for seasonal needs across seven treatment stages.
Weed Control
Targeted pre-emergent and post-emergent treatments control broadleaf weeds and crabgrass. Dimension applications in spring prevent germination, while spot treatments address existing weeds. Our approach minimizes chemical use through precise, need-based interventions.
Insect Control
Bifenthrin surface treatments and seasonal scouting protect against damaging insects. We implement preventative measures during summer applications and respond to active infestations through monitored interventions. Our methods prioritize lawn health without unnecessary chemical exposure.
Disease Prevention
Preventative strategies include proper fertilization timing and pH management to strengthen natural defenses. We address environmental risk factors like overwatering and implement cultural practices that reduce disease susceptibility in cool-season grasses.
Soil pH Balancing
Pelletized limestone treatments maintain optimal soil pH at 10-15 lbs./k application rates. This ensures efficient fertilizer uptake and long-term soil health. We apply lime during fall treatments to prepare lawns for seasonal nutrient absorption cycles.
