In many cases homeowners are forced to replace expensive flowering trees and evergreens and re-sod lawns and patches that have died. The finishing touch for any landscape is decorative outdoor lighting. With it, your landscape is never dormant. Without it, your home exterior is not only dark but an invitation for prowlers and even nocturnal animals. After installation we continue to service your sprinkler system.

We grew up mowing, mulching, pruning and watering our parents' yards. One thing we noticed as kids.watering was a lot ofwork! It took forever: from dragging hoses and smashing plants to forgetting to shut off the water. We didn't know how great we had it as kids! We grew up (our wives may disagree) and found ourselves trapped in the not-so-great indoors working corporate desk jobs. We decided life was too short;it was time to get back outside. In 2002, our initial vision was to become an efficient "factory" of sprinkler systems by applying our business school teachings: Buy smart, hire cheap labor and use technology.

After installation, we continue to service your sprinkler system. Affordable's service department offers an array of maintenance plan options, from our Full Maintenance Platinum plan to our a-la-carte services, we have a plan to fit your needs. In October or November, our service technician visits to winterize your sprinkler system. Using our commercial grade air compressor we blow all water out of the valves, spray heads and rotors, preventing freezing in the water lines. At this time, we'll ask that you turn the water off from the inside of the house but leave the master shut-off on the outside of your house in the "on" position.
