We signed contract with Thompson Exteriors three weeks ago, and already gave money to them, they promised they will gave me build date in one week, but after three weeks, we didn't get anything back so far. We try to called the contractor and no response and texted them, still no response.

Having had many experiences with construction companies, I admit to being somewhat cynical when an offer to assess roof damage after a hail storm came to my door. My reservations soon vanished. The process couldn't have flowed more simply or been more thorough. From filing an insurance claim to selecting and installing my new roof, prompt professionalism managed it all. The price was competitive but hardly a measure of the total service and quality result. I was impressed by the responsive oversight and the crew, no exception. Site was left clean. A relief and a joy to discover that the work ethic is alive and well!
