Kramer J. Services is family owned and operated, opened by Jon and Jeff Kramer and has been operating in West Michigan for over 20 years. In 2001, Jon graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Crops and Soil Sciences, which included study of turf-grass, and landscape management. For about five years after graduation, Jon built and renovated golf courses. When Jon returned to West Michigan, he expanded Kramer J. Services to the lakeshore, and began servicing the areas from Holland to South Haven.
