Our founder Ron Clapper Jr, started clearing driveways after school in his small hometown of Minerva Ohio, In November of 2004, Ronnie Bought his first plow truck from his father. That winter the 2 commercial parking lots and dozen driveways would be the start of what we know today as "Clapper & Company". In 2010, attempting to reduce drive time and fuel cost, Ronnie rented a small building in Canton, to house equipment that was used mainly in the Canton area, but daily operations continued out of the Minerva Office.
