Great Lakes Lawn and Landscape is a full-service lawn care and landscaping company in the far northwest suburbs of Chicago, serving mainly McHenry County and parts of Kane County. Great Lakes was founded by Ken and Michelle Felgar, who began operations in the fall of 1992. The company was created as a way to bring an honest, straightforward program of fertilization and weed control to the homeowner at reasonable prices. We wanted to use as few pesticides as possible, so our goal was to make your lawn as healthy as possible.

Fall lawn restoration. After this past Summers heat and drought along with some Chinch bug damage, we core aerated and over seeded some damaged lawns, baby grasses emerging out of aeration holes will get a good jump on next season. Makes me happy!
