I ordered replacement windows for my condo a few years ago from Jim Carver & Sons. There were some issues with the windows, but Steve made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. even if it meant reordering and reinstalling a window. They have also quickly resolved a couple warranty issues as well. There are few businesses in this day and age that truly care about customer service, but this is definitely one and I highly recommend Jim Carver & Sons!
I have basically had my whole house redone by Carver and sons. My kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms, front and back doors, and siding. I love working with this company they are great. I am now having my daughters kitchen done by them and can't wait to see it finished. We have worked with Brian who is awesome and so easy to work with. We have also worked with Steve on all the outside work. Really like everyone there they are so friendly and knowledgeable.
