Mowing season typically begins in April and runs through mid-October. We will service your lawn weekly, which includes mowing, trimming, blowing and cleanup after mowing. Edging is provided every other week. We strive to keep your lawn free of clumps or grass clippings. We use the best and most efficient commercial equipment for a professionally manicured lawn. Our crews pay close attention to detail and are willing to accommodate any special instructions or requests.
Plow prices do not include salt applications. Failure to apply salt may result in slippery conditions which can cause injury to persons or property. Unless specifically stated, any shoveling of sidewalks, walkways, porches and in front of the garage door is not part of the plowing contract. Customer understands that plowing (or salting) may not clear the area to bare pavement, and that slippery conditions may continue to prevail. Prices are based on the average of the past ten winters. No refunds will be issued after a "lighter" winter, but you will also not be charged extra for a "heavier" winter.
Core aeration removes thousands of soil cores to increase air, water and fertilizer into the root zone. Reduces thatch buildup to allow better absorption of nutrients. The cores are left on your lawn but will disintegrate back into the soil in a short time period. Core aeration is typically done in September.
We can design your sprinkler system and personalize it to meet the needs of most properties including lawn, landscape beds, flower beds, trees, and anything else in your yard that needs water. We can install sprinkler systems for new construction, as well as cases where the lawn is already established. Sometimes an existing sprinkler system needs to be extended when you expand your lawn or find that your old system isn't providing the coverage needed anymore. We can add on to your existing system to make sure that all areas that need water get the right amount with minimal damage to your existing lawn.
Once the snow has melted (usually in early April) we will remove your leaves and debris from your lawn and landscape. We also offer curbside leaf pickup for neighborhoods and communities that are not serviced by the city. We'll perform unlimited pickups for one set price.
We also offer an organic fertilizer option as well as mole, grub and insect control applications.
