To insure this, our crews are required to complete a pre-departure checklist, to ensure everything is right before leaving your property. We also make significant investments in our fleet of lawn equipment each year, to ensure you get the best quality cut (and look) that you expect from a lawn service company.

As you see from above, property maintenance services can range from basic mowing and edging, to complete full-service maintenance programs. We will discuss and finalize with you exactly which services you wish us to perform. This includes but is not limited to discussions about property boundaries, type and frequency of services, and any special instruction and/or request that you may want addressed during the performance of your services. Everything that has been agreed upon becomes documented into a contract, so there is never any confusion about what scope of work is to be completed.

Our 7 step program includes 5 visits for fertilizer and weed control, applying only what is necessary to get the desired results. Also included is a preventative control for grubs, and a core aeration, which is the most important thing you can do for your lawn every season.

Everyone likes the look of a healthy lawn and garden. Lawns, plant material and trees all need the appropriate amount of water, at the right time, to look their best. At the risk of stating the obvious, without the needed water; the lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees will not look as good, and ultimately in prolonged water shortages, will die. We offer irrigation services on existing irrigation systems, as well as new irrigation system installation for new projects/locations. Existing irrigation systems need started up in the spring, regular inspections and adjustments throughout the season, as the water conditions provided by Mother Nature change, and shut down (winterized) again in the late fall.
