Established in late 1998, LAWNPOWR was founded on the basis of strong turf knowledge, experienced care and professional customer service. The company name originated based on an idea from owner, Mike Dreves' late father, Lee in 1981. Mike founded the company after nearly 20 years working in other lawn care companies. Mike worked out of his garage until 2001 and then moved equipment to 10 x 10 storage units, which grew into five. Since then, LAWNPOWR has continued to grow. A 1,500 square foot facility, between 2010 and 2012 housed the organization.

Wrapping up Application # 1. Dealing with the challenges that our spring weather has been interesting. Rain, snow, low soil temps & wind. Just your typical spring. But these 2 characters keep me motivated daily. They are the REAL bosses @ LAWNPOWR!
Planning on wrapping up Application # 1 soon. Just as long as it doesn’t snow, rain or the gale force winds get in my way! I checked the ground temps today & still 56 degrees. Crabgrass germinates in the mid 60’s. So all is good with pre-emergence.I ’m treating all visible weeds. Or as good as 68 yr old eyes can see 👀🤣. Seriously thank you to all customers for your continued loyalty. And if you have neighbors or friends looking for lawn care please mention LAWNPOWR. This is year # 41
