Aeration services prevent excessive amounts of thatch from overtaking your lawn. Single aeration involves one pass over your lawn. Double aeration involves two passes. During aeration, our specialized machines remove small plugs of soil from the ground, which soon break down and return the nutrients to the soil. Aeration reduces soil compaction, which allows the grass roots to penetrate more deeply into the soil. Deeper roots allow the grass more access to water and help to combat lawn diseases.

Lawns R Us provides gutter cleaning year-round, but most requests are made in the Spring after the maple seedlings (helicopters) and in the Fall after leaves have fallen. A "new" water problem in a lower part of the home may sometimes be caused by a clogged gutter. Many requests have been made for expensive grading services when all that is needed is a gutter cleaning service.
