All Seasons Landscape Maintenance was started in the 1992 by Mike Schaefer with the goal of creating a local family business that his sons would join and expand as time went on. Mike's youngest son, Jason joined the business shortly after Mike started and has been working side by side ever since. Mike's oldest son Justin joined the family business in 2004 after moving back home from Texas. Jason's wife Crystal joined a few years later taking over the office phones and jobs. You can sometimes find Mike's grandkids "helping" on family jobs being "supervisors" in the making.
