If a mold condition is identified, our Mold Assessment Consultants are licensed to prepare the mold remediation protocol for the remediation and will at the completion of the remediation (on qualified projects), certify that the mold that was identified has been remediating and the underlying cause of the mold has been remedied so that it is reasonably certain that the mold will not return from that same cause.
