Services
Pet Odor Elimination
Our pet odor elimination service permanently removes urine, feces, and dander odors from carpets, upholstery, and hard surfaces. Using natural zeolite-based formulas, we neutralize ammonia at the molecular level without masking agents. Ideal for homes with cats, dogs, or exotic pets, this treatment prevents re-soiling and creates healthier living environments for both humans and animals.
Mold Remediation
Professional mold remediation services address visible mold growth and hidden spores in basements, crawl spaces, and water-damaged areas. Our non-toxic treatments eliminate musty odors while destroying mold at its roots. We specialize in preparing homes for sale by removing mold-related smells that could affect property value and marketability.
Smoke Odor Control
Smoke odor control solutions target lingering smells from wildfires, house fires, or tobacco use. Our natural granules and sprays penetrate porous materials to neutralize odor-causing particles rather than temporarily masking them. Effective for furniture, walls, and HVAC systems without introducing chemical residues.
Contract Services
Local contract services in Portland and Vancouver areas include hands-on odor elimination and mold remediation by trained technicians. We provide comprehensive solutions for real estate professionals preparing properties for sale, addressing pet odors, smoke damage, and environmental mold issues with guaranteed results.
Phone Consultations
Nationwide phone and email consultations help customers implement DIY odor control solutions. Our experts guide clients through product selection and application techniques for pet stains, mold issues, and smoke damage. Customers can send photos for personalized recommendations and troubleshooting assistance.
Questions
What makes your odor elimination different from other products?
Our products chemically neutralize odors at the molecular level rather than masking them with fragrances. Using natural zeolite technology, we permanently bind with ammonia and other odor-causing compounds.

Yes, all our solutions are 100% non-toxic, chemical-free, and fragrance-free. They're safe for use around pets, children, and individuals with chemical sensitivities when used as directed.
Do you offer professional services outside Oregon?
While our contract services operate in Portland and Vancouver, we provide nationwide phone consultations and ship products to all 50 states for customers to handle odor issues independently.
How can I test product effectiveness before buying?
Try our simple demonstration: Rub household ammonia on your hand, then apply All-Purpose Granules. After brushing off, the odor should disappear completely without leaving any residual scent.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards through our secure online ordering system. Institutional customers may arrange alternative payment terms by contacting our office directly.
Can you help with severe mold problems in crawl spaces?
Yes, we specialize in treating hard-to-reach mold infestations in basements and crawl spaces. Our contract services include comprehensive remediation for homeowners and real estate professionals preparing properties for sale.
