Fretts Construction was established in 1988 in Courtland, Virginia (Southampton County) by Tom Fretts, an ex-school teacher. We are located about 50 miles west of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and about 20 miles north of the North Carolina border. Our original line of work was in residential shingle roofing, and we have grown into all types of commercial and residential work. We are the only general contractor used for full kitchen and bath installs by the Lowe's Home Improvement Store in Franklin, Virginia, and also work with the Portsmouth Boulevard store in Chesapeake.
