Great people to work with. We had a flood from a broken pipe and the insurance company was not giving us enough money to pay for repairs. We hired Claim Concepts to handle the case and in the end we almost doubled the money originally offered by the insurance company! And, that was after paying the fee to Claim Concepts! Repairs are being made as I write. We had a water leak in our house. We called insurance and they send an appraisal guy to determine the damaged. What a bad experience when he gave me instructions of what to do taking pictures forward to him etc.
