R&R Enterprises was founded in 1980 by Bobby and Robbie McMillan to meet the growing needs of Carroll County and the West Georgia area. In our 38 years of business, we have successfully completed over 3,000 construction related projects including remodels, storm damage restoration, custom designs and new construction. Over the past several decades, R&R has witnessed many changes within our country and community. We have watched families grow, the economy rise and fall, and witnessed many businesses fold under pressure while others rose over night.
