Sage Engineering and Contracting, Inc. was started by Frank A. DeMarinis, P.E. in 2002 with the philosophy that a good building starts from the site up, and that by combining good design and construction under the same umbrella, a better service can be provided to our clients. Combining that philosophy with a client first mentality, cutting edge software, a fleet of construction equipment, and highly trained field and office staff, Sage Engineering and Contracting, Inc. is able to provide a quality product at a very competitive price.

Sage Engineering, with our experienced construction and project management staff, is capable of taking on a wide range of construction projects. For full general contracting projects we can work with our client to ensure that the final project meets all of their requirements that were established in the design process and specification project. We are very confident in our ability to meet even the most aggressive construction schedules. Utilizing working supervisors we are able to control costs for our client and provide quality control throughout construction.
