As your construction manager, BDI can assist in the Project Initiation Process via feasibility analysis, outlining a delivery schedule and goals, developing project budgets, defining project scope, determining interim milestones and project constraints. BDI will continue to ensure the success of your project through proper project planning. We begin by creating a Work Breakdown Structure, identifying required responsibilities and assigning the appropriate resources. We continue refining the project plan through defining scope, resource planning, organizational planning, estimating costs, critical path scheduling, estimating payment schedule, solicitation & procurement planning, quality control planning, and risk management & risk response planning.
