Pat Kelly Construction Co., Inc. is a general contracting company which has been in business continually and successfully since November, 1979. We specialize in residential and commercial custom renovations, additions and restoration work. We handle all demolition and carpentry work and contracts with reliable, insured and licensed (when applicable) subcontractors to perform various trades as specific projects require. Pat Kelly, owner and operator of the company, has a full crew of carpenters and laborers (most of whom have more than 20 years experience in the field).
If you have an idea for an addition/renovation project, we can help you get started. We can make recommendations for an architect or engineer to meet with you to discuss your ideas and together come up with the right plans for your project. Once the plans are complete, we can provide you with a proposed price for your total project which will include subcontractor services such as electric, plumbing, painting and more. All of our subcontractors and insured and licensed when required.
