Replacement Windows
Zephyr Thomas installs ProVia vinyl replacement windows that enhance energy efficiency, security, and curb appeal. Our Energy Star-certified windows reduce utility costs while offering durability against harsh weather. Available in bay, bow, casement, and double-hung styles, each option features Low-E glass and Super Spacer technology for thermal performance. Customizable colors and grid patterns ensure seamless integration with your home's architecture.
Home Additions
We design and build custom home additions including garages, sunrooms, and second-story expansions. Our full-service approach covers permits, foundation work, and interior finishes. From concept to completion, we handle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC integration. Popular applications include spa rooms, home theaters, and mudrooms, all constructed with pressure-treated lumber and insulated for year-round use.
Four-Season Sunrooms
Our stick-built sunrooms feature insulated vinyl siding, triple-weatherstripped windows, and PTAC heating/cooling units for climate control. Available with vertical 4-track or sliding glass panels, these spaces include optional glass kneewalls and trapezoids for panoramic views. We handle foundation preparation, including stamped concrete pads, and guarantee seamless integration with your existing home structure.
Vinyl Siding
We install CertainTeed and Mastic vinyl siding with RigidForm technology to withstand 160-220 mph winds. Options include MainStreet, Monogram, and Quest profiles in multiple textures and colors. Our siding resists fading, denting, and moisture damage while offering Class 1 fire ratings. Each project includes precise measurements and fusion-welded corners for weatherproof durability.
Bathroom Remodeling
Our team transforms bathrooms with modern fixtures, custom showers, and luxury bathtubs. We handle tile work, waterproofing, and plumbing upgrades while incorporating accessibility features like low-curb showers. Projects include complete tear-outs and reconfigurations, with options for heated flooring and energy-efficient lighting. All renovations use mold-resistant drywall and premium ventilation systems.

Zephr Thomas replaced the wrap on the rails in our screened-in porch. From the gals I spoke with in the office, the gentleman who came to our house to discuss this project with us and give us the cost, to the two gentleman who actually did the project, we could not have asked for better service. The rails look great and you would never know they were replaced as the color matches perfectly with the rest of the porch.
This company is very professional with people who know how to do their job. They are efficient and respectful of the Homeowner. They also clean-up, vacuum everything, and even wiped down our rails with antiseptic cloths! We have already made a date to discuss another project.
