We prepare surfaces thoroughly, apply durable base coats, and finish with color-matched topcoats to restore structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. This service extends building lifespan while maintaining property value through professional-grade applications.
Exterior Painting
We provide long-lasting exterior paint solutions using elastomeric coatings that resist mold, UV damage, and weathering. Our process includes surface preparation, primer application, and multi-coat finishing systems tailored to Gulf Coast climate conditions. These specialized paints improve energy efficiency while delivering durable, visually appealing results that withstand coastal environments.
Storm Damage Restoration
Our 24/7 storm response team handles emergency board-up, water extraction, and structural repairs following hurricanes or severe weather. We coordinate with insurance providers and implement rapid restoration protocols to minimize property loss. Services include debris removal, moisture mitigation, and code-compliant rebuilding to restore properties to pre-loss condition.
Waterproofing
We install advanced waterproofing systems for foundations, decks, and exterior walls using elastomeric coatings and membrane technologies. Our solutions prevent water intrusion through critical building envelope components while maintaining aesthetic finishes. These systems protect against mold growth, structural decay, and interior water damage in humid coastal climates.

Report
I recently asked STB to paint my stucco house with an elastomeric polymer paint. Not only was the service from Kent Nichols very professional, the quality of work and courtesy of their employees exceptional, the elastomeric paint was one of the best investments I made to the house. After the pressure washing, sealing and two coats of this paint, I expect it to be maintenance free except for an occasional washing for at least a decade. Thanks again, STB and Kent.
