MER Diving is a full-service commercial diving company. We have provided decades of quality service, performing construction and maintenance projects for a variety of industries. Our dive teams are routinely contracted to perform projects at nuclear, hydroelectric, and coal-fired facilities nationwide. Along with marine construction, MER Diving provides vessel salvage and casualty response, vessel inspections, freshwater mussel surveys, diver-operated dredging and much more. Our divers have experience working in zero-visibility conditions, contaminated environments, confined spaces, potable water facilities, and ecologically sensitive areas.
Since our formation, MER Diving has been contracted as a sub-consultant by many construction companies to provide construction, inspection, and maintenance services on various underwater projects. MER Diving has personnel with extensive training and experience in underwater construction and inspection techniques and has successfully performed underwater construction, inspection, and maintenance projects on numerous large and small bridges, dams, stilling basins, mooring cells and mooring dolphins, docks, water storage tanks, water treatment facilities, water intake and outfall systems, marine ways, and commercial vessels and barges.
