Green Label Construction, Incorporated is a state-certified (Florida) General Contracting firm. Proudly servicing the South Florida construction market throughout the past several years, we have participated in multiple projects varying in a wide range of scope of work. We have successfully performed complete retail facility renovations, large back-up generator installations, commercial kitchens, medical office projects, high-end residential remodels and additions, to building large law offices.
Having served in the construction industry for more than 15 years, Green Label's Owner and President, Julio Zaldivar Jr., LEED AP, has an extensive amount of high volume construction and project management experience in a professional environment. Julio has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, from Florida International University. Over the last several years, Julio has overseen and managed in excess of $100 million in office and retail projects. It is with this vast knowledge and experience that Green Label was founded to meet all your construction needs, big or small, industrial, commercial, or residential.
