Kennedy Contractors, Inc. is a commercial, institutional and industrial general contractor, with a concentration in retail construction. Our client list includes many international, national and regional, institutional developers, as well as end users including many of the "big box" retailers, power utilities and gasoline/convenience operators. We are approved general contractors for numerous national retail chains and make our living solving our client's problems. We try and make the construction/development process as seamless as possible.

Whether distribution, automotive/truck repair facilities, manufacturing or warehousing, the Company works with the specialty vendors providing racking, storage, refrigeration and under and/or above ground equipment necessary for the particular application.

The Company is an approved contractor for a number of retail brands including Bed Bath & Beyond, Buy Buy Baby, Staples, Michael's, The TJX Companies including Marshall's, TJ Maxx and co branded stores, DSW, Petco, NAPA and numerous others. Whether new construction, interior renovation or remodel, as a stand alone or in a shopping center or mall, our clients demand and receive timely delivery and the highest quality. Since its inception, The Company has constructed many millions of square feet of retail space for both national and local retail chains and for regional and national institutional developers.

Design services are offered only in conjunction with the projects that we construct. Our Associates include licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.) who work in consultation with affiliated Architects and other design professionals providing services starting with site or floor planning and concluding with the issuance of construction drawings.

Kennedy Contractors Inc. services include Construction, Construction Management, and Design/Build Construction. Our client list includes many national big box retailers, national and international institutional developers, REITS and Industrial end users. Our trade area includes the entire Southeastern United States although the Company is licensed in several states west of the Mississippi River, and works, periodically in the Northeast and Midwest where licensure, for general contractors is not statutorily required.
