Complete Property Services was established in 1984 by Rick Krueger and Hank Gatti. With 30+ years of experience, we are proud of our long-established track record for excellence. CPS first started as an exterior waterproofing general contractor, and later added interior renovations when a client asked if we could assist with an interior renovation at a Holiday Inn in 1986. Today, CPS has grown through two generations of family ownership and family culture. Currently, the company is led by Michael and Matt Krueger who have been with the company for 25+ years.

For over 30 years, we've been transforming hotels. We started in the industry with the first Holiday Inn renovations in the mid 80's, today we complete 2,000+ guest room projects along with large scale public spaces. As a national provider of Interior Renovation Services, we are partners with many of the leading brands, operators and owners. Moreover, many of our partner clients use our Demo and Abatement teams as a way to reduce project duration and cost. Our trained project teams are familiar with most brand room types, which ensures repeatable project success.

As a Class A general contractor, over the last three decades CPS has provided exterior restoration services for Hotels, Resorts, Condos, Healthcare, Assisted Living Facilities, and Commercial Buildings. Our team of 275+ trained and committed technicians are working nationwide on buildings everyday, serving our clients building envelope needs. We know how critical it is to get the job done right. The Specialty Contracting Division of CPS provides "turn-key" alternatives for customers facing unique challenges such as environmental issues, catastrophic events, complete building overhauls, and other troubled projects in need of recovery. CPS is experienced in effectively managing challenging and unique projects. Our team enjoys the challenge these projects provide. Working in partnership with our clients, architects, designers, and consultants, we are able to develop innovative solutions and schedules to make what seems impossible, possible.
