Excellent work. Clean. Bill was as quoted. I wanted a local company to redo my roof and found three Topeka companies who have been doing business here for many years. I checked their records at the Better Business Bureau, downloaded the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) Qualification Statement (nrca dot net) and got quotes from all three companies. Appfelhanz Roofing provided me virtually all the information from the NRCA Qualification Statement without my asking and they had the lowest bid. They scheduled the work, showed up on-time, were courteous, and did everything they promised. In addition to doing a good job in the tear off, replacing broken plywood, installing new shingles, fixtures and vents they replaced my satellite antennae, cleaned out the gutters, replaced my gutter covers, cleaned everything up, and used magnets to get all the nails up. The bill was exactly what they said it would be. The office quickly completed and returned to me the paperwork for my insurance discount. We are very happy with their installation.

They helped us pick out a roof color that would enhance our homes appearance!
The best part was that we had to go out of town the week they scheduled the work. When we left, we had an old beat-up roof. When we returned home, it was beautiful! The yard cleaned up..no debris..no trash...no nails. All the plants, bushes taken care of.

Great company. Our estimate was priced higher by far than any other company, but we went with Appelhanz because of their reputation. I didn't want to have someone mess it up and then have to fight with them. Appelhanz did a great job. Holy smokes, those guys work hard and fast. The cleanup was awesome. The crew was pleasant, personable, and professional. Totally recommend these guys.
