We work closely with select architects and engineers on the design to bring our customer's dreams to reality through construction. We have extensive knowledge and experience utilizing Pre-engineered Metal Buildings as well as conventional steel in all types of construction.
Our Design-Build approach to construction is based on the TEAM concept, where the Owner, General Contractor, Subcontractors, Architect, Designers, Engineers and others work together in an atmosphere of trust and commitment not only to the success of the current project, but also to long term business alliances. Our Design-Build approach results in an overall cost savings for the Owner, or the ability to put more value into the work for the same cost, as well as a quicker schedule.

Here’s a look at the new loading docks and ‘in-plant’ building we just completed for TEC in Birmingham. The internal 2-story structure includes offices and restrooms on the lower level with a breakroom upstairs overlooking every corner of the 55k SF parts warehouse.
