William Navarra was born in New York. He proudly served in our military during World War II. In 1958, he moved to Florida and entered the Real Estate and Construction market. After several years, Mr. Navarra developed the business concept that today is Contractors Reporting Services. The goal was to meet the needs of builders and keep current with the ever-changing State of Florida requirements. On September 20th 1965, this idea became a reality. Together with his wife, Nell Jackson, they served the construction industry for over 40 years.
