FFI Contracting Services is a full-service general contractor specializing in residential and commercial remodels and repairs. Since 2008, we have been providing Design-Build Remodeling Services around the US - focused now in Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties. We are a high touch, client-centric firm and truly a one-stop-shop for any type of project. We are contractors who by the end of the project, the clients basically hand us the keys and say, "do your thing!" In addition to full rehab and construction services, we offer pre-acquisition assessments, post-acquisition securing and health and safety services, emergency services, environment hazards (both assessment and abatement/mitigation) and complete property turnover packages.
