Mike Flegg is very friendly, and very easy to work with. The crew did a superior job. They seemed too not rush to get the job done and made sure everything was done correctly. They did a great job cleaning up after they selves, and everything was thrown in the dumpster. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a roof.

He was extremely helpful, informative and worked directly with my insurance company to ensure an easy stress-free process. The work was completed in one day, the team and crew cleaned up the yard and area nicely. The roof looks great and the quality of work and professionalism shown by the Pyramid staff was top notch. I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of roof work or exterior improvement.
Doug Jennings is the worst representative this company could possibly have. Blames his office for everything. He is ruining their reputation. Three years we have been dealing with him. Three years! Lost our contract. He could not get a contractor to fix a roof right the first time without messing another thing up. Breaking gutters, facia, siding. Excuse after excuse from our roof being too steep, ruining our gutters, passing the job onto someone else, undocumented contractors, and now a piece of facia that was put in with only 2 1/ 4in gutter screws. We have proof. FIVE times and he still cant fix it. All we wanted was to have it fixed right since we have a warranty. One piece of facia.thats it. My recommendation. Save your time, your $, your piece of mind and use a company that really isnt reported to the BBB more times than any.
