Gutters are very important to a house because they help to channel the rainwater that falls on your roof away from your foundation. We use a gutter machine that takes advantage of cold forming technology to create a seamless, 5 K-style gutter of any length out of.032-gauge aluminum for increased durability. We then fasten the gutter to the fascia and behind the gutter apron ensuring that any rainwater is channeled into the gutter and out the downspout. In terms of downspouts we use 3×4 downspouts, which can handle a larger volume of water than conventional 2×3 downspouts.
The soffit or eave is the under surface of the portion of the roof that extends past the plane of the house wall. The soffit is critical to the proper venting of the attic. Insufficient venting can lead to overheating in the attic space and potentially reduce the life of your shingles. To ensure proper ventilation we install a "vented" soffit panel every 3 feet as we work our way around your house. We install vinyl, aluminum, and steel soffit. All are maintenance free and have varying degrees of durability.
