Frana Companies was founded by Gary Frana and incorporated in 1977. In 1983, Peter Donnino came to Frana Companies and is now CEO and Majority Owner of the company. Mike Benedict started with Frana Companies in 1995 as a project manager and is now the President and minority owner of the company. They all believed in creating innovative ways to deliver the highest possible quality at the lowest possible cost. That's why, over the years, Frana has been selected to manage a wide variety of building projects that range from 15-story poured concrete condominium towers to 300-unit townhome communities to complex interior renovations.
