Founded in 1970 by Sam Cicero, Sr., Cicero Construction remains a family-owned business of renovation professionals. Sam Cicero, Sr. and his son, Sam, Jr., brought with them a wide array of talent, but most importantly, a set of core values they embedded deep into the corporate philosophy. Those values have allowed them to successfully grow to an organization that now serves every hotel brand in the hospitality industry along with major commercial property owners across the United States. From architectural design all the way through to project close-out, Cicero Construction deploys a wide range of tools to provide hotels, offices, restaurants and other commercial properties with the most comprehensive renovation services available.

Cicero Construction is an established General Contractor that specializes in commercial renovation projects and works across the United States. Founded more than five decades ago by Sam Cicero, Sr. as Cicero's Development Corp., Cicero Construction today remains a family-owned business of renovation professionals. Like his father, president Sam Cicero, Jr. has assembled, grown and developed a wide array of talented professionals, key systems and core set values that are embedded deep into the corporate philosophy.

Design-Build provides the fastest route to project completion via a single point of responsibility, along with transparent processes, and proven teamwork owing to pre-established architect relationships. Projects are coordinated through one simplified contract, thereby reducing the required time dedicated to administration when compared to traditional multi-contract methods. In traditional methods of project delivery, an architect is hired first. The owner works with the architect to design the entire project, and once the drawings are complete, a general contractor is hired under a separate contract.
