Family owned, 37 year old Custom Cabinet Manufacturing Company located in Batavia, IL is looking to immediately fill 1st and 2nd shift, full-time, Shop Assembly/General Laborer positions. Person must have basic mathematical skills, communication skills in English, and physically fit stand all day, bend, scoop, reach, squat and lift up to 30 to 50 lbs. Randal Retail Group is coming off a record-setting year and looking to build on that success. We are currently looking to add a Director of Retail Sales to our team who has a history of setting and reaching/exceeding sales goals with 5+ years calling at the VP/Director level, preferably selling to national retail chains.

Our team of installers work exclusively with millwork, assembling the same store packages over and over again from location to location. They know your fixtures inside and out (and right side up - we've seen more than one unspecialized contractor install cabinet doors upside down). They install with efficiency and ease, completing the job much sooner than someone following installation instructions for the first time. Those days saved can mean the difference between your on-time store opening or a costly delay.
