CS & Associates holds a license from the State of Louisiana in Building Construction and Demolition Work. CS & Associates also holds a State of Mississippi license in Building Construction.

CS & Associates' involvement in the tenant development process ranges from marketing plans to move-in. CS & Associates administers the tenant development process through the organization of landlord and tenant responsibilities to insure the economic success of a project.
