We are an authorized contractor for Crown Castle and Verizon Wireless. We built the first cell tower in Fort Smith, AR, and continued to build 150 plus sites in the two state area.
Associated Building and Development Corporation (AB&D) was formed in 1984, as an Arkansas Corporation. We are a general contractor licensed to work in Oklahoma and Arkansas. The company started with four partners and Don Newby, one of the original partners, has owned the company with his wife Grace since 1988. Now, it has been passed to 2nd generation owners Andrea & Ronny Newby.
