The state-of-the-art clean environment within our production facility helps Badger Sheet Metal Works stand out as a premier manufacturer of custom and standard stainless steel projects. The food, dairy and pharmaceutical industries require specific manufacturing methods that promote food safety and ensure public health. Our clean environment meets those stringent 3-A Sanitary Standards, and the low FA value of our stainless steel products mean they degrade less and last longer than average. Our Lynx 37MWT-DDB-60 surface finishing machine gives us the ability to enhance the quality of a surface or prepare it for paint application.

Badger Sheet Metal Works has invested in a state-of-the-art facility from which our highly trained workforce is well-equipped to deliver a wide range of metal fabrication services. Our plant features a 70 x 320-foot main assembly bay. Two cranes with a total lifting capacity of 30 tons (60,000 lbs.) from a 22-foot under-hook height provide the capability for most large-scale projects.

Henry De Caster founded Badger Sheet Metal Works in 1923 on the principles of providing customers with the highest levels of quality and service. That commitment continues today into the third generation of De Caster family leadership. Badger Sheet Metal Works initially focused on providing furnace and sheet metal supplies to local residents and businesses from its Washington Street location in downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. The company soon expanded into a wide range of sheet metal endeavors, and by 1930 had moved into a larger building across the Fox River at 420 S. Broadway.

Our focus on welding and fabrication excellence includes built-in stop points for quality inspections during the course of a project. Our welders hold AWS D1.1 (carbon steel), D1.2 (aluminum) and D1.6 (stainless steel) qualifications and have extensive experience adhering to custom weld qualifications requested by customers. Two onsite Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs) provide quality assurance throughout the production process. This eliminates the need to contract with third-party CWIs that can add cost and time to your project.
