We hired Jake initially to consult my wife and I on a basement renovation idea that we had. He ended up doing the work for us after carefully walking us through the process and what was going to be involved. Jake is truly a master of all trades, which makes him a very competent general contractor. He's able to do everything from underground plumbing, creating custom wood molding, carpentry of all types, concrete work, hardware install, masonry, electrical, and is pretty handy with an eye for design and workflow of the space being designed.
