Getting involved in a project early on during the design and planning phase, allows us to bring our construction expertise and experience to the table well before commencement of construction. We work hand in hand with the client and architect to ensure final design, schedule and cost of work are completely consistent with the owner's project objectives. By utilizing our services during the preconstruction phase it translates to lower owner risk and a surprise free project. All projects start somewhere and at J&J we are happy to provide preliminary project budgets and schedules to help with test fits for lease negotiations, capital improvement allowances and building purchases.
