This traditional process requires the Owner to contract separately with a design professional and a General Contractor. Typically the design and construction proceed sequentially, with the construction process beginning only after the design is complete. While we believe we can offer the most value to our clients by being involved in the project as early as possible, we are also successful in delivering a previously designed project quickly and for the lowest possible cost.
As important as daily field decisions are during the construction phase, we believe that decisions and efforts made through-out the pre-construction phase are just as or more important.
