Paul E. Gillen, the owner and President of Associated Pacific Constructors Inc., brings more than 40 years of marine contracting experience to the company. As a "wet solutions provider, " he has spent more than 20 of those years building marine projects, above and below the water, all around the world, along with North Sea subsea platforms and underwater welding, construction, and repair of oil platforms throughout Southeast Asia.
