Columbia Roofing installed our very first roof. So years later when we needed a new roof, I called on CR. The process was seamless. Billy from the sales dept came out and conducted a complete inspection of our roof. Based on that inspection, he talked with our insurance company until they finally agreed to replace the entire roof. At first they only wanted to replace half of the roof. Melissa worked to keep in touch with us and moved the paperwork along. Finally, Roger was our on-site supervisor and led his crew in replacing our entire roof.
They were thorough, cleaned up each day, and even made special accommodations for our son who is sensitive to noise. What more could you ask for. Thanks so much Roger, Billy, Melissa and the entire team at Columbia Roofing.

After a nasty storm damaged our roof, we had leaks, ceiling coming down and ruined carpet. We couldn't fix anything on the inside until the roof was fixed. Thankfully our homeowners insurance covered the damaged roof and we called CR. The service was prompt and professional and we love our new roof. Best of all since we were able to get the roof done quickly, we were able to get all of the interior damage taken care of quick as well.
