PHI Construction, Inc. is a general contracting firm serving the States of Oregon and Washington since 1987. Kelly and Donna LaFollette founded the company with a focus on Pride in Workmanship (P) Honesty (H) and Integrity (I). Since 1987, Commercial clients have relied on PHI to provide high quality commercial facilities. As a Commercial Contractor, PHI handles warehouses, production facilities, hotels, offices, retail outlets, tenant improvement projects and more. We also specialize in custom-engineered steel building systems, structural steel and retro-fit steel roof and siding systems.
