Absolutely wonderful company! We thought we just needed a normal carpet cleaning after moving into our new home, but since the carpets were so dirty in one of the rooms (not visible but based on all the dirt that came up in the water!), this company was kind enough to return and clean the carpet again in the room to get the smell out that was brought up after the 1st cleaning. We highly recommend them, not only because they addressed the cleaning immediately, but they were so courteous along the way!
